1. Yasushi Nishikawa

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Yasushi Nishikawa is a highly experienced and globally-oriented executive with over 35 years of leadership in the automotive, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Osaka University and has developed a strong track record across various strategic and operational roles within Sumitomo Corporation and its affiliated companies. Over the course of his career, Mr. Nishikawa has held senior positions in Japan and internationally—including Mexico—where he served as Executive Vice President & CFO of Mazda Motor Manufacturing de Mexico and later as President of Sumitomo Corporation de Mexico. His responsibilities have ranged from international trade and supply chain management to overseeing large-scale manufacturing operations and driving cross-border business development initiatives.

Widely respected for his strategic insight, cultural adaptability, and collaborative leadership style, Mr. Nishikawa brings a deep understanding of global markets, joint venture management, and long-term organizational growth. His professional journey reflects a commitment to excellence, innovation, and building strong international partnerships.

2. Manjit Singh Ramta

Executive Director Works

Mr. Ramta is currently working in SML Isuzu Ltd. as the Executive Director of the organization. Mr MS Ramta joined Punjab Tractors Limited (now part of Mahindra & Mahindra) in 1978 as Engineer. He joined SML in 1986 and thereafter moved to Mahindra & Mahindra (Swaraj Tractor Division) in 2006. He again joined SML in 2012 and presently heading HR, R&D and Plant Operations. He has 45 years of rich experience in various domains - R&D, Engine Testing, Quality, HR and other Plant Operations.

3. Rakesh Bhalla

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Rakesh Bhalla is currently the Chief Financial Officer at SML Isuzu Ltd. He also holds the position for State Convenors - Professional Cell at the Bhartiya Janta Party(BJP).He is the fellow Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India (CMA).He Joined SML Isuzu Limited (SMLI) in November 1989 as Accounts Officer. During the last more than 30 years, he headed the Internal Audit Department, Administrative head of the IT department during the year 2007 to 2012 and also headed the Purchase & Vendor Development before joining as CFO of the organization. Presently, working as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with additional charge of Procurement & Vendor Development..

Head of Corporate Planning, IT and Special Application

Mr. Anuj Kumar Sethi has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Malaviya National University of Technology, Jaipur, Rajasthan which is popularly known as MNIT Jaipur. He joined SML ISUZU Limited in the year 1988 as trainee Engineer. Then, worked in various departments like Production, Quality Engineering, Special Application Vehicles, Sales Administration, Production Management,Marketing, Sales, Service and Spare Parts throughout the long span of years of employement in the company. Currently, he is the Head of Corporate Planning, IT and Special Application.

Head of Marketing and Sales

Mr. Prashant Kumar is the Chief General Manager-Marketing, responsible for Sales & Marketing, Service & Spares, Institutional & Export Sales, PMG, Dealer Development and Retail Finance. He has more than 27 years of experience in Automotive Industry. His key skills includes Channel Management, Industry Analyst Relations, Team Leadership, Business Strategy, Managerial Finance & New Business Development, He completed his M.S c from Magadh University, Bodh Gaya & MBA in Marketing from LNMI, Patna.

Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Mr. Parvesh Madan is Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and GM-Finance with SML Isuzu Limited (SMLI). Mr. Madan joined SMLI in August 2011. He started his career in Year 2000 as Accounts Officer with Punjab Tractors Limited (now part of Mahindra & Mahindra). Mr. Madan has also worked with Spice Communications Limited and Vodafone Essar South Limited (both are now part of Vodafone Idea). He has 25 years of rich experience in Business Planning, Revenue Accounting, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Payroll, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Secretarial and Legal Matters..
